Having qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1994 my career history has been interesting and exciting. Initially I worked in a variety of intensive care units for several years and became a Specialist Practitioner in Critical Care, following completion of a Bachelor of Science degree. I progressed into medical sales and was selling to surgeons from various specialities for many years. However having a keen interest in aesthetics, I decided to undertake a course to learn aesthetics and was then employed as a clinic manager for the largest provider of cosmetic surgery and non surgical treatments in the UK and Ireland and managed the groups second largest clinic in the UK, which was based in Birmingham prior to setting up a new clinic in Glasgow. I loved the non surgical aspect and so Allure Aesthetics was commenced in 2010. I completed my Nurse Independent Prescribing course in 2011. I regularly attend training events and conferences and am trained to advanced level. Allure Aesthetics is regulated and registered with Health Improvement Scotland (HIS).
